Ingredients of Watermelon, Feta and Amaranth Salad

  • 2 cup watermelon
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cheese- feta
  • spice black pepper as required
  • 2 cup washed & dried arugula
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 4 tablespoon roasted amaranth
  • salt as required

How to make Watermelon, Feta and Amaranth Salad

  • Step 1 Prepare the dressing for the saladTo prepare this amazing salad, scoop out 2 cups of watermelon and place them in the fridge to chill.
